Most transaction coordinators come from one corner of a real estate deal. Nora Manalastas has worked across the entire transaction since 2002 — in title and escrow, in mortgage closing and funding, and in post-closing audit and compliance. The roles carried different titles, but the through-line is the same: coordinating the moving parts of a real estate file so it closes cleanly and on time.
